WASHTENAW PROMISE is a non-profit organization with a mission to help improve educational opportunity and success for children who live in Ypsilanti, Michigan with the challenges of poverty. We work primarily with young children, ages 3-6 and their families. We have several opportunities for volunteers to engage with young children in truly meaningful ways. You can literally change educational outcomes for the better and make a real difference in the life of a child. We’ll guide you through your experience and work together to help make your time investment rewarding for you and the kids.
