Video Resources
Student-Produced Videos
We are pleased to offer all teachers of young children in our community, a growing collection of videos produced by students from the University of Michigan and Concordia University in Ann Arbor. Below are the first in a series of videos to include book readings, exercise and other activities, musical and drama performances, mini-lessons on science, nutrition, and other topics. The videos are made for preschoolers and young students, by young adults in our community who care about others and choose to contribute to the joy and well being of all. We welcome your feedback, and encourage you to connect with us to grow this resource!
We’ve divided these videos into three easy-to-navigate categories.
‘Act Me A Story’ Videos
Our “Act Me a Story” program provides video recordings of selected children’s book readings by professional actors of color. These videos bring preschool children in touch with caring adults who connect with them through highly acclaimed stories, reflecting and celebrating opportunities for learning and experiencing their world.
